Orca Tactical MOLLE EMT Medical First Aid Pouch - BLACK
I ordered the Black, Red and Tan as different 1st Aid Paks for my Kit Red for Bleeding, Black for Breathing and Tan for Broken/sprain injuries. They are sufficient but would rather have Blue for the CPR masks etc and Black for bone muscle trauma . Also do not need all the loops and Molle as these are too small to stand alone just good organizers for multi trauma situations. The "red cross” bags are not needed either but I can see their use in other kits.
Perfect for anything. I use mine for wound care kit. Including wound glue and sutures. Elastic straps inside mean all the various dressings are neat and secure. Comes with two Geneva cross PVC patches, white on black and red on black.
I have purchased numerous items from Orca Tactical. Every one of them is amazing! This kit performs exactly as expected. High quality materials. Super smooth zippers. Nice pockets and elastic bands on the inside. I liked it so much, I purchased a second one.
I'm a 31+ year LEO (29 at a large, metro agency in California and the past 2 with a Federal LEO entity in Tennessee) vet and in the past two years I added EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) at a Volunteer Fire Department. What prompted me to purchase a pouch bag was a recent FD call where a gentleman cut his thigh and lower leg in a circular saw accident. I was first on scene and by myself trying to control a femoral artery bleed and while my big EMR bag had everything- it was hard finding what I needed to deal with a life threatening active bleed.
This bag is small enough to attach to your Molle gear on a TAC vest or throw in your car or boat, yet it holds an incredible amount of life saving stuff. I have been able to mount medical trauma shears on the outside front, both Celox z-fold gauze and a Celox injector for GSW or knife wounds, a windlass tourniquet, an Israeli pressure bandage, several absorbent pads, roller gauze rolls, a triangle sling, gloves and tape in this small pouch.
Needless to say, the recent event had an immediate affect on me. Also, I'll never leave home without it.
